This is one of my go-to smoothies because its nutritious and so yummy! I usually make it after I workout because it fuels me with protein, healthy fat, fiber, and greens.


1/2 cup of berries (I use a mix of blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries)

Handful of frozen zuchinnin (good source of greens and can’t taste it)

1 cup or more of frozen spinach and/or kale

Chia seeds and/or flax seeds (good source of fiber/healthy fat and keeps you full)

1 spoonful of natural and organic peanut butter (make sure that the only ingredient(s) is peanuts or peanuts and sea salt)

1 scoop of plant based vanilla protein powder (I use Tone It Up Nutrition protein powder because of the clean ingredients)

1 cup almond milk
