Tomato sauce- make sure the ingredients are clean and whole (example: tomatoes, oregano, garlic, pepper, crushed red pepper, basil)

Cheese- goat cheese or fresh mozzarella

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread:

3 mashed bananas
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tbsp of ghee (or pure butter)
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 drop vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 egg
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal (optional)
Dairy free chocolate chips
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Bake at 425 for 25 minutes
