Asian Ramen Noodles and Green Beans

Ingredients
For the noodles:
  • 2 servings Thai rice noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper minced
  • crushed red pepper
  • pink salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
For the green beans:
  • 2 big handfuls green beans
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • crushed red pepper
  • pink salt and pepper

For the noodles:
  • 2 servings Thai rice noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper minced
  • crushed red pepper
  • pink salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
For the green beans:
  • 2 big handfuls green beans
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • crushed red pepper
  • pink salt and pepper
Instructions
For the green beans:
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive or avocado oil and garlic
  2. Place the green beans onto the pan and then coat with coconut aminos. Then season them with pink salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper (if you want spice)
  3. Cook/sauté for about 8-12 minutes.
For the noodles:
  1. Follow the instructions on the Thai rice noodles package
  2. Heat up another skillet over medium heat with avocado or olive oil, garlic, and minced bell peppers.
  3. Then place the cooked pasta into the pan and add in the coconut aminos, pink salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until green beans are done.
  4. Serve together and enjoy!
