Italian Sausage Pasta
  • 2servings ground Italian sausageI bought mine at a local co-op
  • 1large zucchinior 2 small zucchinis
  • 2servings pastaoptional add on to zoodles
  • pink salt and pepper
  • crushed red pepper
  • olive oil, avocado oil, or butter
  • 2handfuls broccoli
  • 1/4tsp garlic powder
  1. Heat 2 skillets over medium heat with 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil each.
  2. Optional pasta add on: boil a pot of water and cook 2 servings pasta (follow pasta box directions)
  3. On one skillet, sauté the Italian sausage until fully cooked through (once there is no longer any pink)
  4. On the other skillet, sauté the chopped broccoli with garlic powder, pink salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes and then add in zoodles.
  5. Mix all together into a pasta dish and enjoy!
