Simple Greek Salad

Ingredients
For the salad:
  • 4 big handfuls greens
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • feta cheese as much as you'd like
  • kalamata olives as much as you'd like
  • 2 servings grilled chicken optional protein add on
Dressing option #1:
  • 4 tbsp store bought Greek salad I like Primal Kitchen's
Dressing option #2 (mix together):
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash oregano
  • squeeze fresh lemon
  • pink salt and pepper to taste
