Veggie Italian Sausage Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 large store bought pizza crust I got Capellos
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage optional protein add on
  • 1 small tomtato sliced
  • 1/2 yellow onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • goat cheese or cheese of choice (as much as you would like)
  • 1 mini can black olives
  • 2 big handfuls arugula optional topping
  • olive oil or avocado oil
  • pink salt and pepper
  • crushed red pepper

  • 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage optional protein add on

  • goat cheese or cheese of choice (as much as you would like)
  • 1 mini can black olives
  • 2 big handfuls arugula optional topping
  • olive oil or avocado oil
  • pink salt and pepper
  • crushed red pepper
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 (or whatever temp your crust's directions says)
  2. If you are adding the Italian sausage, heat a skillet over medium heat with olive or avocado oil. Then place ground Italian sausage onto pan and cook/chop until there is no longer any pink.
  3. Follow your specific pizza crust's directions and then add toppings onto crust once there is about 12 minutes left of cooking the crust.
  4. Take out and enjoy! I like to serve with a side salad.
