Burger and veggies

Ingredients
For the burger
  • 1/2 lb grassfed ground beef or less if you don't want 1/4 lb/burger
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
For the toppings
  • 2 big sliced tomato
  • 4 slices onion
  • ketchup and mustard to taste (I like Primal Kitchen's brand)
  • 1 handful greens
For the sides
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 handful broccoli
  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees (broil).
  2. Top a cookie sheet with avocado or olive oil and add sliced potatoes. Cover with avocado or olive oil, salt and pepper, and 1/2 tsp paprika. Place in oven for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Once the 5-6 minutes is up, take out of oven and add broccoli to the same cookie sheet. Top with avocado or olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Place potatoes and broccoli back in the oven for another 5-6 minutes at 500 degrees.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat with avocado or olive oil
  5. Mix burger ingredients and form into 2 patties. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side (or until done the way you like it).
  6. Place everything on a plate and top burgers with tomato, onion, ketchup and/or mustard, and greens.
  7. Enjoy!
