Hello, I am so happy you’re here! It is my mission to help inspire people to live their healthiest and happiest lives through movement, real food, and mindfulness. I believe that practicing self-love and self-care allows us to better show up for life. I graduated from The University of Minnesota with degrees in Kinesiology (study of the movement of the body) and Communications, have been teaching fitness for 5 years and was a dancer for 16 years before that. I used to think that I had to torture myself at the gym for 60 minutes a day to see results, but it wasn’t until I transitioned into efficient Fit For Me workouts that I began to feel my best both mentally and physically. Lean and toned lines throughout! It is so freeing to find a workout that not only allows us to feel so great, but one that we also love doing and actually look forward to. All of these experiences have led me to create Fit For Me by Courtney and I am grateful I get to share it with you!
