Italian Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
  • 2 servings ground Italian sausage I bought mine at a local co-op
  • 1 large zucchini or 2 small zucchinis
  • 2 servings pasta optional add on to zoodles
  • pink salt and pepper
  • crushed red pepper
  • olive oil, avocado oil, or butter
  • 2 handfuls broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 servings ground Italian sausage I bought mine at a local co-op
  • 1 large zucchini or 2 small zucchinis
  • 2 servings pasta optional add on to zoodles

  • 2 handfuls broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Heat 2 skillets over medium heat with 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil each.
  2. Optional pasta add on: boil a pot of water and cook 2 servings pasta (follow pasta box directions)
  3. On one skillet, sauté the Italian sausage until fully cooked through (once there is no longer any pink)
  4. On the other skillet, sauté the chopped broccoli with garlic powder, pink salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes and then add in zoodles.
  5. Mix all together into a pasta dish and enjoy!
